PAVE Spring Update

Things are moving quickly this semester! Some updates on our work-

Prospect 12

P12 has been meeting regularly on Saturdays-12:00 to 1:45pm in the Sherrerd Hall Basement for software, 2:00 to 3:30pm at the PAVE garage for hardware work. We’ve been working on re-establishing communication with our steering column sensor and on setting up a new network for the computing hardware in the back of the car. If you’re interested in joining up, send an email to PAVE president Joseph Bolling at jbolling@princeton.edu.

Phobetor

PAVE’s submission to the 2013 Intelligent Ground Vehicle Competition is just finishing up a major software port onto the ROS framework. Over the coming weeks we’ll be writing and testing new code for the robot, replacing its motherboard and batteries, and writing up the documentation for the competition this June.  The Phobetor team meets Wednesdays from 7:30-10:30pm in the Sherrerd basement. Email jbolling@princeton.edu for more information.
