This team works with ROS to create the overall system that runs on the car.

Ultimately, a lot of work involves integrating components from other teams, i.e., new hardware/AI/visualizations/etc. Additionally, we work on creating control systems for turning software requests into hardware realizations.

This semester, we’ll be working on integrating AI models, implementing pathfinding algorithms, adding data visualizations from the data science team, and designing steering control (at a software level).
