Two weekends ago, several PAVE members traveled to the New Jersey FIRST Regional Competition to support FIRST team 1923 (the Midnight Inventors), which we’ve been mentoring since the middle of the FIRST build season. The team was able to advance to the semifinals. Congratulations to 1923 for a great performance at NJ, and we wish you good luck at the upcoming Boston Regional. You can follow Team 1923 on Twitter: @FRC1923.
Despite the terrible weather last weekend, we were able to bring Prospect Twelve to the 10th anniversary NYC FIRST Regional Competition at the Javits Center. Thanks to everyone who stopped by our exhibit! Photos and more after the break.
We had to leave Princeton at 5:15 on Friday to make it to the Javits Center by 7:30. We parked the vehicle inside, did a little cleanup, and we were out by 8:30.

The weather proved to be an interesting obstacle during the weekend. Problems with NJ transit service forced members to find alternate means of transportation on Saturday night. Road closings due to flooding almost prevented us from bringing Prospect Twelve back to Princeton on Sunday evening. It has definitely been a very memorable experience for all of us.
You can see these photos and more on our Facebook page and our Flickr group. As we return from Spring Break from Princeton, expect more updates as all of our projects ramp up for a big end-of-the-year push.
